高昂在北京邮电大学理学院物理系担任研究员、博士生导师。他2012年获得清华大学物理学士学位，2017年获得美国马里兰大学帕克分校化学物理博士学位，2017-2020年在麻省理工学院从事博士后研究工作，2020年底入职北京邮电大学。他在Nature Communications, PNAS, iScience等杂志发表多篇论文，研究方向包括分子动力学模拟、第一性原理计算、人工智能、生物物理等。
