I joined the Department of Brain Cognition and Intelligent Medicine as an associate professor in March 2023. I earned my Ph.D. degree from Max Planck Institute for Human Cognition and Brain Science in Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Angela D. Friederici. Following the completion of my Ph.D., I further worked as a postdoctoral researcher at both the Max Planck Institute and the Department of Neurology at UCSF. I have published several papers in journals such as NeuroImage and Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience. In addition, I have served as a reviewer for journals such as NeuroImage, Child Developmental, and Brain Research. 

My research interests include, but are not limited to, brain development and developmental disorders, language cognition and development, and neuroimaging big data.

If you have a background in biomedical engineering, computer science, psychology, cognitive neuroscience, or mathematics, we warmly invite you to consider joining us. In particular, those with a strong interest in medical big data and cognitive neuroscience will find a perfect fit.

I have 1-2 graduate positions available each year. In addition, interns interested in the above research topics are warmly welcomed.
