Mengling Yan, graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in July 2016, and received a Ph.D. degree in management.

She joined the Department of Management Science and Engineering, School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in July 2016.

Her research interests are business value of information technology (BVIT), enterprise digital transformation and strategy renewal, knowledge management and organizational learning.

She is good at using case study, questionnaire survey, secondary data, and text data analysis.

She has published more than 20 papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals. Representative publications include Management and Organization Review, Information Technology and People,  International Journal of Enviornmental Research and Public Health, Management Review (in Chinese), China Management Science (in Chinese) , Jiangsu Higher Education (in Chinese).

She has presided over one general project of the National Social Science Foundation, one youth project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one youth project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and a number of university-level projects.
