周凡钦，讲师，硕导，研究方向为网络智能管理，关注领域包括B5G/6G网络、工业无线网络、算力网络等。目前负责省部级项目2项，企业项目1项，参与国家重点研发计划项目2项、其他国家级、省部级以及企业合作项目多项。以第一作者发表IEEE TII\WCM\IoT Journal\WCL等高水平期刊发表论文论文5篇，已授权发明专利3项，获得"中国电工技术学会科学技术奖"一等奖（排名2）以及IEEE BTS学会年度最佳论文奖。
