高月红，女，副教授，博士生&硕士生导师。2004年获北京邮电大学工学学士学位， 2010年获北京邮电大学工学博士学位，2012年获挪威科技大学博士学位，现任教于北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院，主要从事无线通信系统理论与技术的教学和研究。作为任课教师承担了“数字电路与逻辑设计”、“移动通信系统概论”、“移动多媒体技术”、“随机信号分析”、“通信原理I”、“通信系统建模与仿真”等本科生课程以及“网络演算理论与应用”、“无线通信原理”等研究生课程的教学工作。作为项目负责人或主研人员承担了国家自然科学基金、北京市青年人才培育计划专项、“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”国家科技重大专项、北京邮电大学青年科研创新计划专项等多项科研项目，同时与国内外知名企业和研究院所开展了长期和深入的合作研究，在无线通信系统标准化、关键技术、系统仿真方法、网络演算理论分析等方面积累了丰富的研究经验。
