2020年毕业于中国人民大学商学院，获得管理学博士学位。研究方向主要集中在公司财务、公司治理、资本市场效率等领域。围绕上述方向，于Journal of Corporate Finance、Corporate Governance: An International Review、Emerging Markets Review、Research in International Business and Finance、International Review of Economics and Finance、《南开管理评论》、《世界经济》、《金融研究》、《会计研究》、《经济学动态》、《中国软科学》、《会计与经济研究》等期刊发表论文多篇。
