Sai Huang, male, currently works at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as a lecturer, and serves as the academic secretary of the Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications, Ministry of Education, P.R. China.

Sai is the IEEE member and the reviewer of International journals such as IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking and International Conferences such as IEEE ICC and IEEE GLOBECOM. His research directions are intelligent signal processing based on machine learning, statistical spectrum sensing and analysis based on Bayesian theory, fast detection and depth recognition of general wireless signals, protocol analysis of 5G and backward evolution network, etc. He has participated in a number of major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Science and Technology Foundation. He has published more than 30 SCI/EI papers and applied for more than 10 national invention patents.
