Dr. Zhaoming Lu received the B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from Zhengzhou University in 2007, and the Ph. D. degrees in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2012. Currently, he is a associate professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications. He was also the winner of Beijing Science and technology star, secretary-general of Beijing Laboratory alliance and technical chairman of open source 5G alliance; drafter of ITU-T Y.4117 international standard; reviewer of IEEE Communication magazine, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and other journals; Co-chair of the 3rd, 5th and 7th OAI workshops; Co-chair of the procedure Committee of the IEEE International Conference on Energy Internet (IEEE ICEI); TPC members of ICC, ISWCS, Globecom, ICEI, WCNC and other international conferences. His research interests include open source 5G / 6G chips, networking theory and methods, theory and technology of perceptual communication financing based on WiFi.

So far, he has published 88 high-level papers in high-level academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, 16 ITU / 3GPP standards and proposals, 75 invention patents (including 4 international patents), 4 registered software copyrights, presided over / participated in 5 national projects such as national key R&D plans, and 6 provincial and ministerial projects.
