本实验室致力于计算机视觉与“机器人”和“计算摄影”的学科交叉融合,故命名为“视觉机器人与智能技术”实验室(vrobotit.cn),但 “视觉机器人” 一词暂无严格的学术定义。
实验室科研聚焦:图像颜色处理、图像美学评估、图像智能摄制、深度视觉计算、摄影具身智能等共性技术。应用聚焦:机器人与计算摄影领域。
实验室提倡开放的与更多企业合作协同创新,坚持长线基础理论研究、面向垂直场景应用研究。产业化提供:“数字内容生成/美学评估/智能摄制/影像风格化等软件、摄影/扫地/巡视/盘点/物流等机器人、智慧园区/养老/制造/社媒等系统” 技术预研。实验室目前有教师1人、硕士/博士研究生等40余人,每年计划招收硕士生约8人、博士生1~2人。
