苗红霞，北京邮电大学副教授，博士生导师。

2014年9月-2021年3月在北京理工大学硕博连读并取得博士学位，学习专业从应用数学跨到信息与通信工程，有扎实的数学功底。科研工作主要围绕无线通信、雷达等工程领域中常见的非平稳信号分析与处理展开，具体包括：6G近场通信信号处理，广义循环平稳信号处理、分数傅里叶分析等。相关研究成果发表在IEEE TSP、TIM，以及Elsevier SP 等国际知名学术期刊，目前以第一/通信作者发表SCI论文20余篇，出版非平稳信号处理方向的学术专著1部。
