Changfeng Wang (1965-): Born in Qinghe County, Hebei Province, CPC member,Professor, doctoral supervisor, director of International Project Management/Intelligent Emergency Management Institute of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Master of Management of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), doctor of management, Chinese Academy of Sciences and University of Science and Technology of China, postdoctoral fellow of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The tutor is Professor Cai Chen, a famous project management expert at home and abroad, who was a disciple of Hua Luogeng, a famous mathematician in China.
