Honors and Titles:
Xiaoying He, associate researcher, doctoral supervisor and master supervisor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. In 2009, he received his PhD from Wuhan National Laboratory of Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since 2012, he has been working as a teacher in the Department of Optical Science and Engineering of Fudan University. In March 2015, he was promoted to associate researcher. From January 2017 to April 2018, he worked as an associate professor in Beijing University of Technology. In April 2018, he went to the School of Electronic Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His main research fields include Low power mimicry synaptic devices and smart chip technology, fiber optic neuron systems and neuromorphic computing, high-speed intelligent optoelectronic devices and structural light sources and other fields. As the first author or advisor to graduate students or participants in "Advanced Photonics Research"," Optics Letters ", "Optics Express", "IEEE Photonics Technology" Letters ", "IEEE Journal of Selected Toptic in Quantum Electronics", "IEEE/OSA Journal of Lightwave" More than 60 SCI papers have been published in domestic and foreign journals. She has presided over 2 scientific research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and 1 Doctoral Program funded by the Ministry of Education. She has also participated in the National 02 Special Project, the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Key Research and Development Program.
