本实验室致力于 “计算机视觉” 与 “机器人技术” 在各种场景的融合,故命名为 “视觉机器人与智能技术” 实验室(vrobotit.cn),但 “视觉机器人” 一词暂无严格的学术定义。
实验室依托于北京邮电大学计算机学院,科研聚焦:图像信号处理、计算摄影技术、深度视觉计算、视觉导航避障等共性技术。应用聚焦:移动终端视觉计算相关技术。实验室提倡开放的与更多企业合作协同创新,坚持长线基础理论研究、面向垂直场景应用研究。产业化提供:“美学评估/智能摄制/影像风格化等软件、摄影/扫地/巡视/盘点/物流等机器人、智慧园区/养老/制造/社媒等系统” 技术预研。实验室目前有全职教师4人、硕士/博士研究生等40余人,每年计划招收硕士生约10人、博士生1~2人。
